SENIOR WARRIORS
A senior warrior is a future, past, or current mentor to whom the leader is likely to give another apprentice later in life. Senior warriors are trusted members of the leader's inner circle. Not every warrior will get to be a senior warrior; not even every mentor. This means that some members will have 2 or 3 and others none, because it is the character's personality and actions that makes him/her eligible to be a senior warrior, not just the member's activity/RPing quality.
MENTORS
Except in special cases, it is the LEADER who chooses a kit's mentor. The choice is not based on the fact that the warrior has not had an apprentice yet; it is based on the fact that the warrior is trustworthy and a good match for the kit. Not every warrior will get to be a mentor.
