BIOGRAPHY
name...Diamond
gender...female
age...fifty-six moons
group...rogue band
rank...ambush leader
reference...a scrawny, gray-blue tabby she-cat with yellow-green eyes
appearance...A rough and slightly patchy layer of fur covers Diamond’s emaciated frame, it short length doing nothing to mask the glaring appearance of her ribs. Unlike well-fed cats, Diamond’s skin is stretched loosely over her bony frame, allowing every point and concavity to be seen. Despite her extremely thin stature, Diamond is rather quick and lithe, however, she lacks the ability to put much power behind her blows. With her low body weight, slinking around silently is made much easier; some sticks that would break under heavier cats stay whole underneath her, leaves that would crackle don’t.
On the topic of her coloring, Diamond’s base coat is a blue-gray, stained around her eyes and on her chest and underbelly by a pale brown tone. Among the neutral shades of her fur are also dark stripes of black and, in some places, brown. Tipping the ends of all four of her paws are short socks of cream, and as she nears the status of ‘old-age’ her muzzle is slowly becoming more and more white.
Diamond’s eyes are a light green, surrounded by a more yellow tint. Dark brown veins run through the inner corners of her eyes, and amid the iris are chocolate flecks, a couple in each eyes.
personality...Diamond is a vicious she-cat, showing no mercy when in battle. Most of the time. Due to her motherhood experience when she was a young cat, she can barely stand to look at long-haired white cats, let alone kill them; kits are also safe from the threat that she poses. Though she will kill in cold blood and enjoy it, she refuses to touch those that remind her of her past.
Diamond is also a very proud cat, with confidence levels that could cause some to call her conceited. She will talk down of others, not only behind their backs but to their faces as well. Bragging is a constant companion with Diamond, and shows just how self-absorbed she is. Also, Diamond is often over-confident and sometimes that undercuts her; she often over-estimated her abilities and gets herself into sticky situations.
Diamond is also very strategic and intelligent. She prefers to fight with her brain rather than her brawn, considering she doesn’t have the physique to inflict large wounds or instill fear in others.
Once Diamond makes friends with someone, they could count on her never to leave their side. If she commits herself to something, she will work at it until it is complete, and that includes friendships. She is devastatingly loyal to friends and family, however, she doesn't show the same commitment to Thorn. Thorn is a leader, but not a friend to Diamond.
history...Diamond was formerly a kittypet in the cluster of houses next to ThunderClan’s territory. She was a sweet little kitten, born into a house of dozens of cats. Her owner, a wild-haired, poor man, was an animal hoarder; she grew up in filth and was mistreated constantly, not only by her Twoleg companion, but also by other cats in the home. Through her beatings, Diamond learned how to be tough, she learned that her place in a group depended on her strength, not only physically, but mentally. Her playful kitten attitude was changed, her mind was hardened to believing that this was how life would be. She settled into survival mode, especially after her mother abandoned both her and her brother, Ace, at only three moons.
As time passed, Diamond and Ace made quite the reputation in their household. Though food was scarce and they grew thin and tired, the two dominated the other cats that they shared residence with. When sustenance became too limited, they’d kill off enough cats to be able to live upon the meager rations of kittypet food and field mice. They longed to be free of their Twoleg prison, but the old man kept things secure. That was when the siblings came up with a plan. Though the man only came by their room once or twice a moon, the two decided to wait, refusing to leave the door’s side, even to get food. A few days passed and hunger gnawed at their bellies relentlessly, but finally their chance came.
When the door twitched open so the man could shove a tiny amount of food through the crack, the two cats let loose a flurry of slashes on the exposed hand. Blood spattered as the man crashed against the door, flinging it open and allowing them to escape. Through the open window at the end of the hall they ran, ripping down curtains as they went. They were free.
The new world was bright for them, food was more plentiful, and the conditions less severe. They struggled to find shelter until they wandered into the forest down the road from their former jail. It was then the two encountered a cat by the name of Thistle. He claimed to be a part of a group of cats that lived wild among nature, and he proposed that they join him. Though the idea of being around multiple felines again frightened the brother and sister, they accepted his offer, following him to their territory. They had a home for once, and one that wasn’t draining the life from them.
During their life there, Diamond met a tom by the name of Club. The two became friends, and eventually more. When Diamond became pregnant, Thorn was furious, and she was exiled from the group. She struggled to provide for herself alone, and then her kits came. Two were stillborns, dead before their life began. Though she’d come to be a cold cat, she decided to bury the two, properly. It had been difficult for her, seeing her deceased kin being covered with dirt at her own paw. The two had been long-haired white kittens, barely big enough to constitute importance, but to her they had meant the world. From then on, she couldn’t hardly look at long-haired white cats, it brought back too many painful memories.
She managed to care for her only remaining kit, one which she named Heart for her red patches of fur. There was more to the name than that though; the lone surviving kit had healed her own heart after it had broken into millions of pieces when she saw her dead children at her feet. The baby she-cat was in a way Diamond’s heart, and so she found it fitting to name her so. Time heals wounds though, so, despite Diamond’s stint as a broken cat, she recovered to her formerly steely self. When Thorn invited her and her daughter back into the group, she agreed.
For while, thing when normally. Then the attack on WindClan came. In the battle, her brother Ace was killed. She was angry, and desired to have revenge for her brother, not on WindClan only, but on Clan cats in general. She remained in the rogue band, waiting for her chance to kill again. Though it had been moons since she’d done so, she still remembered the feeling of flesh beneath her claws, the taste of blood on her tongue, and it still tempted her.
acquaintances...
Club...former mate, white tomcat with dark brown tabby ears and tail Heart...daughter, red-and-white patched she-cat Ace... deceased brother, dark gray tabby tomcat
notes...does the history work? I wasn’t sure, I looked at Hazel’s and all and mine seems to match up, so... –shrugs–

Declined.
AUDITION FORM
You can keep it, but you don't need it, and it does take up space. Just pointing that out. ;)
PERSONALITY
"alos" = "also" [last paragraph]
My only real concern, other than that typo, is that she could use a good trait other than intelligence and compassion towards kits...it doesn't have to be anything major, but I'd like to see a bit more of a balanced personality. ^^
HISTORY
Only problem -- Ace died in an attack on Eaglestar of WindClan; Diamond and Heart were both at the attack. You said he had died during her exile, and in an attack on TC cats.
