In each Clan, there should be TWO CATS TOPS with the same prefix.
Example:
Say Bob has Oakfur in ShadowClan and Joe creates Oakclaw in ShadowClan. That is acceptable, but it prevents any more Oak__s in ShadowClan until one of them dies or changes their name.
It is preferred that only one cat has a certain prefix, but two cats is not too confusing, is it?
Also: cats of high rank have speshful prefixes.
CLAN - BANNED PREFIXES
TC - Cloud, Finch, Vine
SC - Lion, Ripple, Snow
RC - Basil, Mountain, Reed, Sparrow
WC - Birch, Blizzard, Dove
