BIOGRAPHY
name... Heart
gender... She-cat
age... 18 moons
group... Thorn’s Rogue Group
rank... Messenger
reference... A thin white she-cat with dark red patches
appearance... Heart, though she likes her own appearance, knows other acts might think it’s rather strange. The main color of her fur is white, though dark red patches cover about half of her body. The patches aren’t small – mostly, the red is focused into one large patch: a saddle-shaped one on her back. Several smaller spots are scattered around her legs, head and tail. This she-cat is thin, her body stripped of fat by her tendency to constantly be moving. Her dark eyes are closely set in Heart’s narrow head. This combination of dark eyes and patches with light-colored patches makes Heart’s fur a clear contrast between dark and light.
personality... As a kit, Heart was expected to be thrown out of the rogue group when she was older; her personality was entirely unlike the other cats in the band. Somehow, her mother’s and father’s belligerent attitudes canceled each other out for Heart, leading her to have a much kinder, caring persona then was needed. But the other cats in the band influenced her, and so Heart was changed, resulting in a flighty, nervous cat who is always ready to move. The she-cat was made Queen Thorn’s messenger not only of her long legs and lithe body, but also because of her personality. Heart is a jumpy cat, always ready to run. In a bad situation, Heart would choose flight rather than fight; she is not a trusting she-cat. But even though she is secretive and aloof, Heart longs to have friends. Heart’s lack of siblings (and the lack of kindness in the band) led her to always want a family, friends and allies. She reaches out to others and sticks close to them, always wanting to be near them and talk to them. In this way, Heart reaches out but pulls back at the same time.
history... It’s hard to find love when you’re part of a vicious, bellicose band of cats, but this was no matter for Diamond and Club, two cats who were part of Thorn’s group. Both had been drawn in to the group as young adults, and over the years they had grown to like each other more and more, which soon resulted in Diamond’s pregnancy. Thorn did not approve of this ill-fated turn of events, and she threw Diamond out of the group. Diamond was forced to care for her single kit by herself, as Club was not allowed to leave – his abilities must be used for the band, not for himself and his mate. When Heart grew older and Queen Thorn saw her capabilities, she and Diamond were accepted back into the rogue band. As a messenger, Heart was forcer to always be on the move, dashing from place to place. She savored the few moments of rest she got, but accepted her position with happiness, knowing that if she was still a loner, she would be prey and not predator.
acquaintances... DIAMOND – mother. CLUB – father.
notes... Plot character. ^^
ROLEPLAYING PROMPT
"Who should we attack?" Queen Thorn demanded. Chaos shrugged. "Eaglestar? She's the leader of WindClan." "Ah, yes," Queen Thorn purred. "Heart! Take two other cats with you to the home of the cats of the wind to kill Eagle. Heart, do you have a plan?"
Heart hadn’t been paying much attention to Queen Thorn’s attack plans, so it she was quite surprised when she heard her name called. Her head jerked upwards and she hurried to speak. ”Huh?” she sputtered. Guessing that Thorn would be vexed if she was forced to repeat her commands, Heart struggled to guess what she was supposed to do. Shooting a desperate glance at the cat next to her, she frantically tried to make sense of what Thorn had said. She had been concentrating on something else, and so Thorns words had been to her just a blur. Suddenly, though, she managed to figure out what Queen Thorn had said. ”Oh! Lead an attack! Wait… lead an attack?” This came as a major surprise to Heart: being just a lowly messenger, she had never been asked to lead an attack before. Her strength lay in speed, not cleverness with plans. ”Uh… should… maybe Chaos should come with me? And maybe Diamond?” Diamond is an ambush leader – of course she’d have good ideas. Shaking her head quickly to help her focus more, Heart spoke again. ”Well, I guess… I guess we should sneak around to the back of their territory – somewhere where there aren’t many other cats – and sneak into the camp… then we can find Eagle and attack her!” The patched she-cat looked to both Thorn and Diamond for approval; she was not a good attack planner and wanted reassurance,
SHORT ESSAY
I’ve RPed with several other characters who have similar personalities to Heart, so I have experience with this type of char. I’m still not bored of them though, lol. And I think (well, know, based on my RP prompt up there) that Heart will be a fun character, and I always RP better with charries I think are fun. ^^ Eh, I don’t really have a good reason, I guess… I’d just love to RP with Heart (and I’d like to have a plot char). Name: Diamond
Gender: she-cat
Age: 24 moons
Group: Thorn's group
Rank: Ambush Leader
Appearance: Dimand has dark green eyes. The fur on her face is dark are her ears are more on the top of her head. Her muzzle is lighter gray. His nose is light pink and her whiskers are long and briskly. Dimand's scruff is short and dark gray. Her pelt is storm-gray with wave like patterns on it. Her under-belly is light gray. Her tail is long and storm gray. All of her legs and paws are storm gray
Personality: Diamond does not care for rules. She believes that rules are made to be broken. And she hates clan cats. She would be a good warrior if she had a clan, but she doesn't. she is vile and broken. You don't want to mess with Diamond, she can fight vary well and is grate at killing, that is what she is. A killer.
History: Dimand's mother was a harsh queen named Claw. Her real name was Sara but because of her fierce fighting skills and her love for fighting she changed it to Claw. Her father was a warrior of Wind Clan named Ashriver who died before she was born. She did not have any siblings and her mouther did not care much for her. Her mother just took care of her until she was weaned and taught her how to hunt then abandoned her when she was two moons old. But Diamond managed to survive though. One day after her mouther abandoned her twolegs found her and took her in to there home. Life was good there. She had all the food she could want, shelter, and there where no other cats to challenge her. But that life was not for her. After all she was wild-born. So when Diamond was 6 moons old she left her twoleg nest. Then she found Thorn's group and joined them.
ROLEPLAYING PROMPT
"Who should we attack?" Queen Thorn demanded.
Chaos shrugged. "Eaglestar? She's the leader of Wind Clan."
"Ah, yes," Queen Thorn purred. "Diamond! Take two other cats with you to the home of the cats of the wind to kill Eagle. Diamond, do you have a plan?"
Diamond looked up and evilly purred, "yes, I always have a plan. We will roll in mud and leafs so we can blend in essayer in the shadows, the wind cats won't know who it was, we could camouflage our selfs, and it will help hide our sent. Then when we are plastered in mud, we will go to the border and roll in there sent so we smell like the Windcats to. We will stick to the shadows so know one sees us, and when we get to the camp we will capture and kill the guarding cats. We shall 'take care of' any and all cats that stand in our way. Then we will capture Eagle, form a circle around him so no cats can get in, and kill him in the most painful and bloody way possible right in front of his cats." Diamond smiled, content with her plan then called, " Numbers, you will flank us at the back, Spade, you will walk in the deepest of shadows and tell us if you see any cats so we can get rid of them, Club and heart, you will walk in the center of the group. I shall walk up front with Spade.
SHORT ESSAY
I wanted to try something different. This is the first time that I have made a cat like Diamond. An I like her and think that I would be a good role player for her.

BIOGRAPHY
name... Smoke
gender... Tom
age... 32 moons
group... Rogue Band
rank... Spy
reference... A quiet and curious gray tom with dark blue eyes
appearance... Smoke is rather small for his age – about the size an average Clan apprentice would be at the beginning of its training. That’s a disadvantage when he fights, but Smoke relishes the trait because it allows him to hide more easily and (at least in his opinion) be stealthier. Along with being short, Smoke is pretty thin. His body is narrow and lithe, helping him to fit into smaller spaces than he would be able to fit in otherwise. His ribs stick out slightly no matter much he eats (he has a fast metabolism, I guess), causing his sides to be a row of bumps beneath his thin coat of short, pale gray fur. Smoke considers his wide, dark blue eyes to be rather special and unique. He prides himself on his body shape, believing that it is what has helped him to be a “good, tactful spy.”
personality... Smoke is very curious. He always wants to know more, which causes him to be rather nosy. He constantly asks other cats what’s going on and what’s happening in their lives, and so he can appear rather annoying. Smoke prefers to stay silent and just watch. He sticks to the shadows, silently watching and gathering information. He usually doesn’t talk, unless there’s an opportunity in which he could learn more – in that case, he’ll to anything to keep the conversation going, which usually (a least in his experience) means talking and providing segues. Smoke is pretty boastful. When he’s talking and when there’s an opportunity, Smoke will willingly show of any new tricks he’s learned or talk about his latest accomplishment. Though he doesn’t know much about the Clans, Smoke is intrigued by them. He thinks their hierarchy and mentoring system is wonderful and amazingly beneficial for the Clans. Unfortunately for Thorn, he likes the Clans more than the rogue band and has often considered trying to join one of them. Smoke’s also ambitious, always striving to do the best he can. Some day, if he stays in Thorn’s rogue band, he hopes to be promoted to ambush leader and then maybe even second in command. He knows that that’s not likely, though, because he thinks he’ll leave the band before he has a chance to get higher in the hierarchy.
history... Moonie and Weed were two rogues who had simply run into each other one day. They quickly became friends and then mates. Moonie knew that Weed wasn’t really the best cat, but she didn’t care – she loved him, and that was that. Soon, Moonie became pregnant. She told Weed, thinking he would be happy, but no – Weed didn’t really care. Months passed, and soon the silver tabby gave birth to three kits: a gray tom, a tabby tom, and a tabby she-cat. She quickly decided on names, choosing Smoke for the gray tom, Lizard for the light brown tom, and Pine for the dark tabby she-cat. The three kits grew up quickly. They didn’t see much of Weed, even though they wanted to know their father: after the birth of his kits, Weed had become much more belligerent and hostile than he had been before, and he didn’t care about his sons and daughter. When the kits were about three moons old, Moonie met a Clan cat named Badgerclaw. Like what had happened with Weed, Moonie and Badgerclaw became friends then mates. Moonie soon became pregnant and gave birth to two kits. Moonie and Badgerclaw made sure that Weed and his kits didn’t know about their love. Smoke, Pine, and Lizard never found out about Nightkit and Crowkit; Badgerclaw took them to RiverClan before Smoke and his siblings found out about them. When Smoke and his siblings were about 6 moons old, they ventured away from Moonie to make a home for themselves. They settled on the edge of WindClan territory, and formed a makeshift den near the loner’s barn. They lived there together for a year or so, staying out of the ways of the Clans. When Smoke was about 15 moons old, he started becoming less and less attached to his family. He started venturing away from them for longer and longer periods of time, so it was no surprise when he told Pine and Lizard that he wanted to leave them permanently. Smoke began wandering around on his own, never settling down in a certain place. It was not long before he came upon Thorn’s rogue band. He wasn’t sure about their belligerence and hostility toward the Clans, but he liked the idea of being part of the group that ruled the forest. He soon joined them and became a spy.
acquaintances... MOONIE – mother WEED – father LIZARD – brother PINE – sister NIGHTWING – half-sister CROWCRY – half-brother
notes... Smoke will leave the rogue band later on. He's my own custom plot character, yay.
ROLEPLAYING PROMPT
"Who should we attack?" Queen Thorn demanded. Chaos shrugged. "Eaglestar? She's the leader of WindClan.” "Ah, yes," Queen Thorn purred. "Smoke! Take two other cats with you to the home of the cats of the wind to kill Eagle. Smoke, do you have a plan?"
Smoke tipped his head to the side in confusion. Why would Thorn ask him, a spy, to lead an attack? But it was better to just follow orders than question them, so Smoke glanced around at the other cats then spoke. ”Um, yes,” he meowed. ”Why don’t you come with me, Diamond? And you, Club.” ”I think we should…” Smoke trailed off as his mind went to work. It would be best if we went in unnoticed – a clean, quiet kill. There’s no need to let the WindClan cats know we’re there before we go in. "Club, Diamond – come over here.” Smoke jerked his head to the side, pointing towards a small area outside of the group. For a second, he glanced at Thorn – How will she feel about me ordering them around? – but then relaxed. If he was the ambush leader for now, his leader shouldn’t have a problem with him and his orders.
SHORT ESSAY
I’ve RPed with one or two characters similar to Smoke, so I have experience with him/this type of character. And, since I’ve RPed a bit with Heart (as you know) I have experience with my characters as part of a plot (this plot, in particular), like dealing with Thorn and their less-than-high ranks.

"Yes, Queen Thorn," she said with an evil smile. "I will take Numbers and Club, if you approve," she said, "and we will ambush the camp." She paused and thought for a moment before speaking,"We will enter the camp unnoticed by as many cats as possible, and find the leader's den. BIOGRAPHY
name...Diamond
gender...female
age...fifty-six moons
group...rogue band
rank...ambush leader
reference...a scrawny, gray-blue tabby she-cat with yellow-green eyes
appearance...A rough and slightly patchy layer of fur covers Diamond’s emaciated frame, it short length doing nothing to mask the glaring appearance of her ribs. Unlike well-fed cats, Diamond’s skin is stretched loosely over her bony frame, allowing every point and concavity to be seen. Despite her extremely thin stature, Diamond is rather quick and lithe, however, she lacks the ability to put much power behind her blows. With her low body weight, slinking around silently is made much easier; some sticks that would break under heavier cats stay whole underneath her, leaves that would crackle don’t.
On the topic of her coloring, Diamond’s base coat is a blue-gray, stained around her eyes and on her chest and underbelly by a pale brown tone. Among the neutral shades of her fur are also dark stripes of black and, in some places, brown. Tipping the ends of all four of her paws are short socks of cream, and as she nears the status of ‘old-age’ her muzzle is slowly becoming more and more white.
Diamond’s eyes are a light green, surrounded by a more yellow tint. Dark brown veins run through the inner corners of her eyes, and amid the iris are chocolate flecks, a couple in each eyes.
personality...Diamond is a vicious she-cat, showing no mercy when in battle. Most of the time. Due to her motherhood experience when she was a young cat, she can barely stand to look at long-haired white cats, let alone kill them; kits are also safe from the threat that she poses. Though she will kill in cold blood and enjoy it, she refuses to touch those that remind her of her past.
Diamond is also a very proud cat, with confidence levels that could cause some to call her conceited. She will talk down of others, not only behind their backs but to their faces as well. Bragging is a constant companion with Diamond, and shows just how self-absorbed she is. Also, Diamond is often over-confident and sometimes that undercuts her; she often over-estimated her abilities and gets herself into sticky situations.
Diamond is alos very strategic and intelligent. She prefers to fight with her brain rather than her brawn, considering she doesn’t have the physique to inflict large wounds or instill fear in others.
history...Diamond was formerly a kittypet in the cluster of houses next to ThunderClan’s territory. She was a sweet little kitten, born into a house of dozens of cats. Her owner, a wild-haired, poor man, was an animal hoarder; she grew up in filth and was mistreated constantly, not only by her Twoleg companion, but also by other cats in the home. Through her beatings, Diamond learned how to be tough, she learned that her place in a group depended on her strength, not only physically, but mentally. Her playful kitten attitude was changed, her mind was hardened to believing that this was how life would be. She settled into survival mode, especially after her mother abandoned both her and her brother, Ace, at only three moons.
As time passed, Diamond and Ace made quite the reputation in their household. Though food was scarce and they grew thin and tired, the two dominated the other cats that they shared residence with. When sustenance became too limited, they’d kill off enough cats to be able to live upon the meager rations of kittypet food and field mice. They longed to be free of their Twoleg prison, but the old man kept things secure. That was when the siblings came up with a plan. Though the man only came by their room once or twice a moon, the two decided to wait, refusing to leave the door’s side, even to get food. A few days passed and hunger gnawed at their bellies relentlessly, but finally their chance came.
When the door twitched open so the man could shove a tiny amount of food through the crack, the two cats let loose a flurry of slashes on the exposed hand. Blood spattered as the man crashed against the door, flinging it open and allowing them to escape. Through the open window at the end of the hall they ran, ripping down curtains as they went. They were free.
The new world was bright for them, food was more plentiful, and the conditions less severe. They struggled to find shelter until they wandered into the forest down the road from their former jail. It was then the two encountered a cat by the name of Thistle. He claimed to be a part of a group of cats that lived wild among nature, and he proposed that they join him. Though the idea of being around multiple felines again frightened the brother and sister, they accepted his offer, following him to their territory. They had a home for once, and one that wasn’t draining the life from them.
During their life there, Diamond met a tom by the name of Club. The two became friends, and eventually more. When Diamond became pregnant, Thorn was furious, and she was exiled from the group. She struggled to provide for herself alone, and then her kits came. Two were stillborns, dead before their life began. Though she’d come to be a cold cat, she decided to bury the two, properly. It had been difficult for her, seeing her deceased kin being covered with dirt at her own paw. The two had been long-haired white kittens, barely big enough to constitute importance, but to her they had meant the world. From then on, she couldn’t hardly look at long-haired white cats, it brought back too many painful memories.
She managed to care for her only remaining kit, one which she named Heart for her red patches of fur. There was more to the name than that though; the lone surviving kit had healed her own heart after it had broken into millions of pieces when she saw her dead children at her feet. The baby she-cat was in a way Diamond’s heart, and so she found it fitting to name her so. Time heals wounds though, so, despite Diamond’s stint as a broken cat, she recovered to her formerly steely self. When Thorn invited her and her daughter back into the group, she agreed, but was dismayed to find her brother gone. He had died in an attack on other cats. ThunderClan cats. She was angry, and desired to have revenge for her brother. She remained in the rogue band, waiting for her chance to kill again. Though it had been moons since she’d done so, she still remembered the feeling of flesh beneath her claws, the taste of blood on her tongue, and it still tempted her.
acquaintances...
Club...former mate, white tomcat with dark brown tabby ears and tail Heart...daughter, red-and-white patched she-cat Ace... deceased brother, dark gray tabby tomcat
notes...does the history work? I wasn’t sure, I looked at Hazel’s and all and mine seems to match up, so... –shrugs–
ROLEPLAYING PROMPT
"Who should we attack?" Queen Thorn demanded.
Chaos shrugged. "Eaglestar? She's the leader of WindClan."
"Ah, yes," Queen Thorn purred. "Diamond! Take two other cats with you to the home of the cats of the wind to kill Eagle. Diamond, do you have a plan?"
Diamond’s adrenaline began to build as Thorn discussed the possibility of an attack. She found herself hoping that her name would be called, that she would be selected to lead such an attack to kill such an important Clan cat. She would do what she could to boost her rankings in Thorn’s book. It was only fitting that she be chosen to head the assault on WindClan; she was the only ambush leader in their group anyways, and she clearly had superior planning and fighting skills to just about anyone else, except maybe Numbers and the Queen herself.
Then Thorn called out her named and barked out a simple order and a question. All the scenarios that had been swimming through Diamond’s mind merged into one, and an elaborate plot unfolded before her eyes. She grinned, a coughing hiss released from her throat; she believed it was what one would call ‘laughing’. It was foreign, it was malevolent. It felt good.
“I believe that Numbers and Spade would provide the most beneficial skills for out ambush. As tonight is a new moon, we have darkness on our side, and as both are dark in color, we will be tough to spot. We will attack from the southwestern end of the camp, where visibility will be lower due to the fog from the river. From there we will sneak into the camp, and we will enter the leader’s den, preferably unnoticed. In case things don’t go as planned, whomever gets in the way is killed, silently and quickly. Once in Eagle’s den, we will mess with his head for a while, make him think he’s losing it. Once he’s thoroughly awake and terrified, we will make it nice and slow. Enjoy the killing for once? Yes. That would be rather nice, now, wouldn’t it? Be ready at sundown.” She looked at her two chosen cats, a challenging and vile glint in her eyes. “You ready for the game?”
SHORT ESSAY
I love playing evil characters. It gives you so much more freedom, especially because they’re not limited by values. I’ve played a lot of ‘bad’ characters over the past year or two, and when I write for fun, my antagonists are typically better written. Also, I like the idea of Diamond, when I first joined I had already eyed her, but decided to attack the leader position first.
