BIOGRAPHY

reference... A broad-shouldered dark brown tabby she-cat with amber eyes

appearance... Eaglestar’s fur is dark, a brown so dark it’s nearly black. Thin, lighter stripes mark her pelt, giving her the tabby pattern. Eaglestar’s eyes are also quite dark – she thinks they are a sort of honey-colored amber. Even considering her broad shoulders and big bones, Eaglestar does not consider herself fat. Most of her weight is muscle, and so the former leaded is very offended whenever she is called fat or even slightly overweight.

personality... Eaglestar is disparaging and sarcastic, with a tendency to state the obvious. She enjoys a good laugh and will often tell jokes of her own, but they are nearly always on someone else’s behalf. Even though her sharp claws and strong limbs can make her seem like she’s violent and scary, Eaglestar prefers to listen and learn rather than fight now and regret later. She has an intellectual side, and as a living cat, constantly watched out for new techniques and battle plans for her Clan.

history... Eaglestar’s mother, Vineheart, died while giving birth to her only two kits. The two kits, then known as Eaglekit and Darkkit, were raised by the leader’s mate, who was the only queen at the time. Eaglekit was mentored by Silverstar, who thought of her and her brother as his children. After Eaglepaw and Darkpaw received their warrior names -- Eagleclaw and Darkheart -- they soon got their first apprentices. Eagleclaw’s first apprentice was a small tabby she-cat named Moorpaw. Her apprenticeship was long but uneventful, and not too long after Moorpaw became Moorwhisker, Silverstar died. His deputy, Leafstar, appointed Eagleclaw. 20 or so moons later, Leafstar died. Eagleclaw became Eaglestar. Several moons after that, Eaglestar was attacked by Thorn and her rogues. She put up a fight but they managed to kill her, and Eaglestar is now in StarClan.

"I see nothing but trouble," a trusted medicine cat remarked. "Thorn and her group will bring doom to the Clans and convince them otherwise. We must eliminate them."

Eaglestar snorted. ”Really? she meowed sarcastically. ”I hadn’t noticed.” Thorn was the cat who had placed her here among the starry, frost-furred StarClan cats, and she was rather upset about that. She had had several lives left, but Thorn had taken them all with a single slash of her claws. Sighing, Eaglestar admitted that she had a grudging respect for the rogue band leader. It was a major feat to kill a leader like that -- after all, Clan leaders were nearly always experienced and wise, and it was pretty hard to take them by surprise.
Glancing up to the other StarClan cats, Eaglestar decided to tell her idea, obvious as it may be. ”We need to send a sign,” she meowed. ”Sometime soon.”

Umm, I dunno… I’ve had several characters like Eaglestar, so I know how cats like her would react to things. And I’ve never RPed a StarClan cat before, but it sure is gonna be interesting. :]
